The manufacturer of my Roadtrek batteries, KS2 corp, recommended Mobilife RV as one of the best in Canada to work on their systems, and they were right. The service I received was excellent. I have been to other service departments with my Zion electrical problems, but only at Mobilelife RV did I feel that I was respected enough to deserve a clear explanation of what the problem was and the steps taken to fix it.
It was also the only place that I was able to have confidence in the skills, knowledge and character of the people working on my van.

I was telling my wife on the weekend that I cannot ever recall being as pleased as I am with a major purchase. We shopped for months for a travel trailer and got the best deal at Mobilife. The quality of the trailer is excellent and the sales and service people were great to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer!

Sharon is a pleasure great to deal with, highly organized and knowledgeable after 10+ years here. Our primary service technician is Jeff ... a wizard! There's nothing about our rig he doesn't know, especially what's hidden behind he walls and under the floor. He does exactly what is asked for, makes reasonable suggestions backed by years of experience and common sense and his work is impeccable. We've come to completely trust his advice and hope he's there to take care of us for many more years.
The whole Mobilife team is great. I don't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. It is noteworthy that we drive a considerable distance (past other RV dealers and service centres) to continue our great relationship with Mobilife.

Mobilfe had such great customer service. We were travelling across Canada with our 2 little kids, we were in Toronto and planned on leaving for the east coast, when we needed immediate assistance with our bathroom door latch - it was stuck shut and we couldn't open the door! Mobilife was able to see us immediately as we were planning on leaving that afternoon. The women in the service department fit us in and the fellow that serviced our Roadtrek was so knowledgeable - he answered all our questions and most importantly fixed our door latch.
We definitely recommend Mobilife to fellow RV'ers. They even offered for us to park in their lot overnight on our way back, if we needed servicing for anything first thing in the morning.

Sharon (in service) was amazing. I had trouble with my brake light/signal light and thought it was due to the electrical hook up when I bought the trailer. I took it in to them and they discovered that it was an issue from the manufacturer of the van. They fixed it free of charge!

I had a problem with the Inverter in my Road Trek which had been ongoing and no one had been able to solve. Jeff, at Mobil LIfe was able to trouble shoot the whole problem and whereas the dealership had not been able to fix the problem, Jeff had resolved everything in a couple of hours and now it is working perfectly. It is difficult to find a technician who knows much about Road Treks as I am discovering. Jeff has worked on Road Treks for 16 years and I found him to be the most knowledgeable person about my RV that I have encountered. In addition, I found Jeff to be extremely polite, friendly and intelligent. He did everything he could think of to solve my problem. He also tried his best to save me from buying a new Inverter, by manually fixing the original himself. Huge Kudos to Jeff and the whole team at Mobil Life. Carolyn and Stephanie have also gone the extra mile several times to assist with some other issues. If you find your dealership unable to solve your problems, as I did, I highly recommend Mobil Life.
